Checking-in Information - Skytower #2004

Checking-in is very quick and may only take 10 minutes. In the apartment we have detailed apartment information (like Internet passwords, how to use the TV remote, etc) on the dining or coffee table. You may call or text us anytime if you have any questions.

When you arrive:

1) Call or text us and we will come out and meet you.

2) We verify your personal identification as the person that booked the condo.

3) We will show you your parking stall where you can park your car.

4) Give you the building key (FOB) and your apartment door entry code.  (A new code is created for each guest). The building is very secure and this FOB is used everywhere.
A FOB is needed to enter the building and use the elevators. You also need the FOB to enter the parking and also to Exit the parking.

Please remember when you check-out that you need the FOB to exit your car from the building, then return to the apartment and leave both FOBs on the dining table. You do not need the FOB for the elevator to go to the lobby.

How to use: put the FOB next to the base unit, you will hear a beep and the light will flash green. Then proceed.

To Enter the building FOB the Lobby Entry base. The front door is automatic and it will open for you.

To use the elevator, FOB the base then press your floor button. Or for the elevator you can push the floor button first then FOB the base.

Open your apartment door. Enter your door code. The "Schlage" button above the numbers will flash green. Then turn the door handle and push open the door.

Enter the parking: This is the Upper parking on the left side of the entrance. FOB the base and the parking gate will open.

Parking Stall: Your parking stall number is 218. There is a slight incline on the stall so please be careful when entering and exiting your car door.

When you enter the building parking gate this is the view. It is only about 60 feet.
 

When you reach the end then Turn Right and then turn Right again. The white car is in your stall. The stall is the center stall between the 2 building posts.

The door to the Elevator is on the level area about 30 feet away.
 

To Exit the parking: The FOB base is on the left before the gate.
